    REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

    In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Victory Mines Ltd (the Company) (ASX: VIC) hereby requests a trading halt of the company’s securities pending an announcement regarding an acquisition and a capital raising.

    The trading halt should be lifted at the time the announcement is made, which is anticipated to be prior to the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 1 July 2020.

    The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
