Ann: Trading Halt, page-25

I'm still kinda confused about this - I'm assuming the 21.4 million shares offered by Shaw & Partners at starting at 28c are the same as the Canadian flow-through placement parcel of 21.4 million shares already completed at 40.6c? Or are there 2 lots of 21.4 million shares? @btown clarified what Flow-Through shares are for a Canadian resources company, it seems this is the same for an Aussie company?
That latter seems improbable and would be a considerable dilution of our shareholdings. Though tbh, I think I'd be happy if it was an extra 42.8 million shares issued if it allowed substantial exploration along that skinny 100(?)km tail to the main area.
