This is quite frustrating, given that the CR is for $5.2 million. Why not raise debt and protect the share price? If the CR was substantial perhaps a different story.
Too many shares on issue already - need a share consolidation at this market capitalization similar to what Lark has done. I'll vote no to further equity capital raising for now.
