TBCFH they had $1.068m in the bank at last qtly and estimated spend for June qtr of $34k.
So on that basis there wasn't a CR needed.
So, the deduction I now make is that there is news to be heard in the next few weeks.
The sunday newspaper hasn't been published on line as yet, so cant see if anything about BCL has occurred, and being reported on.
Doesn't matter, news will be coming shortly. Just need to be patient.
Hope it is only raising up to $1m to save on dilution.
