I thought that initially but then changed my mind to them being the buyer. It’s hard to tell from the TH release as it’s ambiguously worded. The reason I think they may be the buyer (vs the target) is they only listed in October last year so it would be a little odd to sell out so soon after listing. But maybe they got an offer they couldn’t refuse.

There’s a similar business called Pegasus which is backed by PE giant KKR. If DTC is the target they could be involved.

Whatever the case, exciting times to be a DTC shareholder.
