Cheers for that TH. Hopefully Damstra's management haven't overpaid, having their eyes on the 2 prizes (Vault's customers & the Vault Solo product).

I took the punt this morning to acquire DTC's shares 18% cheaper via VLT, as DTC's share price rocketed up on no news (leaky ship perhaps as @Nige456 pointed out).

I put the chance of the scheme of arrangement failing at about 5-10%, so an 18% gap seemed too good to pass.

Though with these small and illiquid companies, who knows what can happen!
