My guess is that this is to fund exploration of new and existing assets, potentially including gold at depth at Abra as has been mentioned 'EM Plate' and other prospects along strike.

AM recently promoted some EB Tucker's new book, and his assertion is that gold is going above $2.5K. If we pulled some decent gold numbers from Abra and a secondary lead target, this could be a different company in 12 months...
