Conspiracy theories are a dime a dozen on HC. And they're not worth even that mostly.
You didn't need a crystal ball to know the resource upgrade was coming out, just like you don't need one to know it will be substantial.
Far more likely some traders looking at the charts that have done a bit of buying over the last week. Good to see. Not many shares around for them so any trading they do is a good thing in the ST really.
