Correct. When baseless upramping charts are posted day in, day out, the law of averages says you'll get it "right" occasionally. The key thing, is how many times he has been wrong. Many. I also note that most of the charts are posted AFTER a significant spike. That's not analysis, that just playing with crayons. About as useful as "Hold them tight people, interesting times ahead."
