The language of the reason for seeking the TH is such that the outcome is likely to be negative - very negative imo
A TH would not imo be necessary to announce positive news
Hopefully BCT can survive - a lot will be riding on this for all holders including board members who hold millions of shares
I have confidence that the Board and CEO will be doing their very best for the company in these very trying times
