Hey @kevg91, the two scenarios I've been having some fun imagining as possible material reasons for the CR are these....

Scenario 1)

• A few of Pointerra's bigger customers turned into teflon during the past 3 months & slid off the revenue books (i.e. material ACV churn)....I'll readily admit this doesn't seem like much fun initially......but it might be if the SP gets hammered under $0.02, just before Scenario 2 (below) kicks in (hot on the heels of the Jun'20 quarterly)....

Scenario 2)

• Pointerra have had to spend BIG dollars to massively upscale their tech & resources to accommodate HUMONGOUS data sets & analysis capabilities because they've recently signed a flurry (multitude) of high-value (six-figure) enterprise contracts.....#3DPSalesHopium

Hopefully it won't be Scenario 3)....(i.e. none of the above)

All in my imaginative opinion
