As per my comment above, I can't remember when they used a TH to signify "non-commercial" news before, it might have been before my time (11 years?), but I have no reason to think that this is anything but a commercial deal.

Now whether the commercial deal is significant is another issue, it might be small change, but you gotta start somewhere IMO.

I am cautiously optimistic with regard to the TH. IMO they need to announce significant revenue generation in a realistic time frame to get out of the doldrums 2 cent price range. The right announcement will smash volume and see the SP rise significantly into a new trading range. If not then it will be more of the same old same old until another TH and deal is announced.
Significant is the key word.
