I am not sure what you see here that pushes you to that conclusion. Please explain.
What I see here in 3.8 is pretty much the same story as the monitor report 7 and 6 and..... the difference to me is that this time NAL is scraping the bottom of the barrel as far as funds left in the bank account at the end of July. If an extension were to happen that would mean IQ or CATL would have to put up more $$$ to continue the delay process.
I think previous extensions have been announced prior to the previous due date. We are 2 days out and no Announcement,
