I read the paper (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-020-17316-z) and its quite brilliant. Fundamentally different in the manner through which they detect cancer, requires next gen sequecing which can be somewhat expensive and time to process data is a bit lengthier, albeit more specific and sensitive than RHY. In comparison to our approach, RHY uses an antibody-biomarker based assay. This roughly means that our approach is a bit more translatable to use in the everyday clinic, but that being said with advances in sequencing tech the approach in this new paper could eventually one day come to a local GP near you...
Still not sure what this means for our tech/RHY though.
