Thanks. A goal of a buyout is to be fair. I am very pleased Westoz took the ball up for us. In fact, the bit of Zenith I sold a couple weeks ago as a hedge (in case NO vote happens) I already rolled into WIC.

Now I wonder where we can find such a solid investment as Zenith to park our new cash into. Maybe we can even chase Zenith into its private equity fund. Because with PEP and Apex cash, Zenith value is gonna fly. They will be $2 share (value) not in the 4-5 years I projected, but likely 3 years.
