You have to contact the share registry for DOW on its website. It will be stated on your holding statement which registry, probably Computershare. You can make all your choices online, communications, bank accounts etc. But since it is quite late a phone call to the registry to get them to email it out might be necessary as well as they might already have you down for post by default.
