If he knew of something that hadn’t been released to market yet then he’s involved with insider trading. Otherwise, if the company has nothing to announce and ASX put a hold on trading because of the activity out of no where (which started at the same time he made the post) and the company has nothing to say, then he’s potentially screwed over a lot of people for his own benefit.
