I feel like this is going to be a good announcement and not a pump and dump. These are my reasons.

1. from the moment the trading halt is announced, there have been more downramping attempts than upramping attempts
2. there was no effort to artificially raise the share price prior to this announcement
3. more importantly, the announcement is something to do with a government entity rather than a hidden business group.

We will find out on Monday.
