Cap raises are a necessary evil of 'successful' microcap biotechs.
Institutional placement would be the best outcome.
These players will need to know (and believe in) PTX's strategic plan.
If the 'Friendly Dwarf' is involved no doubt we will get a heads up on the value $ raise and at what price.
