Yeah Bob said a few times a CR was necessary but would occur end of the year or in the new year. Interestingly as well its basically a double TH in length so I suspect there could be some meat to this CR, maybe funds needed for FDA progress or something along those lines. Either way will be interesting to see what the reasoning is for it happening now. If Siemens or an Insto were offered the placement and take it up then it will send a strong message to the market the Co's intent.
