Its an interesting thought, to markets in 2021. While successful trials will just catapult us through any clouds, you have to consider having additional cash in hand, to adjust the variables in the trials, could be necessary if first results need tweaking of NP concentration levels, injection locations, etc.

The only question is why now ? unless someone came knocking. And the double halt ? "planning and execution"
Now normally, if it was a retail, it would just be over a few weeks to issue, etc, and one halt would do it.
Unless, it is both. That the placement, is being locked in, and retail to follow.
