If only part-time Andy and his management buddies had made a serious attempt to make VMSOB worth converting they would probably already have the cash on hand without further discounts, incentives or dilution.
It's also possible that they could already be ready to mine now.
It's sad in a way because VMS does have some great tenements and now is an excellent time to start mining them.
Unfortunately without a management team that is focussed, experienced and invested in the company all that opportunity is wasted (again).
Fortunately for investors there are plenty of other opportunities available on the ASX at present. GLTAH DYOR
