In my experience, cap raising in this sort of market will be a placement rather than an issue to existing shareholders, although I would very much like to increase my holdings. Much cleaner and more cost effective. The key will be whether it is to professional investors or a cornerstone share holder. Not suggesting it is Eric, but he is the sort of investor that likes to get in on the ground floor.
