This kind of states the obvious, yet doesn't indicate a problem at all.
Even a revenue number that is multiples of operating cost is a ratio that can be expressed as a fraction.
Fractions come in 2 types, proper and improper.

So please, can you put some actual numbers into your posts so we can have a conversation?
