I get you point... but you seem to miss mine. The Gen 3 has now a lower cost of production by 30%, you might recall from the Ann. Surely this will make domestic purchases increasingly likely and put RFX in a competitive position against even Tesla. Now I've not said that the pay is cheap... I agree that it is pretty generous given the current position of the sales/revenue. Yet this achievement will, hopefully, enable that revenue more than any other development at RFX over the 5 years I've been with the co. Certainly the Gen 3 is a huge move forward, don't you think so? For the first years of my watching this co. the BOD and CEO were paid in shares. When the AGM asked could we please pay money now that we're starting to earn revenue I said righto. I want our co. to make good progress... I see this in the reports and I expect to see it in the revenue once Gen 3 hits the market. If it doesn't I'll be right there with you buddy, asking questions and demanding a pay cut for the CEO until we see cash up front. In the meanwhile though, yes he should buy a few more shares and put back into the co., but he's made a significant shift in productivity and prospects for future sales. cheers Scott.

I just think the salary is immensely out of proportion to the company and its revenue. I'd rather it was reduced by 60% and moved to a tangible and measurable bonus structure based on achievable KPI's.
