    The announcement states: "divestment of the Company’s main undertaking".

    'main undertaking' does not sound at all like 'legacy products'.

    They are probably looking to sell the whole lot and its going to take some time - hence the trading halt on the reporting deadline.

    I agree with @dmmorris - this will probably develop into a suspension.
