No, it wasn't expected. In fact, DRO said themselves in the last quarterly that a CR was not needed and that there was enough cash to sustain the business. I recall one poster on here also had personal feedback from Oleg that CR was not needed.
If this announcement is not related to a large contract, I will personally be making a complaint to ASIC. I hate being lied to.
