BOOM!! Cap Raise. Glad I didnt get into this last week. Knew something was dangerously wrong when they try to spike the share price with two back to back announcements. These small cap directors's thinking in dilution of their shareholders are just too predictable. Too easy for them to hold out their dirty hands.
