If you think about it and apply novacula occami to this announcement, the most logical explanation without any further concrete news, is it has to be for ramping up production.. enough cash on hand to run the business, look at the 4c.. unless it’s for an acquisition but that would be totally left field and was not even on the radar from the quarterly..
Yep Middle East is on the cards and maybe it’s eventuated, but other contracts have been awarded recently..
Guess we will have to wait and see, its all speculation and will be an interesting couple of days..
