The decision to CR after stating only a few days ago that it wasn't necessary can only be justified with the signing of a massive contract, on the basis that that requires a ramp up in production. It might also imply the Middle East contract given the quote "they always pay, but they always pay late" which would result in an unknown time lag between shipping and actual receipt of cash so some buffer is required.
I note that VWAP over the last 10 trading days was 15.63c/share. Gonna guess they'll do the raise at maybe a 15% discount would would imply something in the 13c range.
If this all pans out it could be a good reset for the share price. The huge volumes on 23 and 24 July likely flushed through most of Regal and Bergen (Long Hill).
