almost 1yr ago exactly that they raised 10m from insto's for new product development.... (this is when Regal joined us)
Could be something similar - as someone has said before, there are no longer any insto backers left so they may be fishing for new ones
However, I will be very dissapointed if not linked to actual sales AND if theres no retail offer
