Agreed capital raises are part and parcel of investing and I totally see your point..
I think the point here though is that shareholders were informed via market announcement last week that a capital raise was unlikely in the foreseeable future as cash balance was fine, then almost immediately a capital raise trading halt occurs..
So as an investor for me it’s either something positive or I feel then I’ve been misled..
I am hoping it’s the positive
