"trading halts CP are part of the game" – good rant, but what you've failed to address is the fact that the company explicitly stated only two weeks ago that capital was sufficient and have now announced that they're raising capital without any warning. I don't see panicking. But I do see speculation about what could possibly produce such an about-face.

I thought of a third possibility. We've covered the possibilities of a big order and an acquisition. But if there's legal action involving the company – defending a patent for example – they might need capital to fund it.
