I've been a relatively long holder and the screen has been red for ages. Middle east and other non democratic govs. can be a great opportunity for military sales but everyone knows that, especially those regimes. Saudi right now has temps in the mid to high 40's. Normally the elite escape the gulf at this time to get a break but thy are stuck. So no surprise that things are stalled. They may pay when they want to. You need a good agent there otherwise it's a waste of time and resources so we just have to wait and hope Drone have this sorted..
