I know that you are a very positive guy / girl (most of the time ), but I wouldn't get too excited about GMV raising money yet again.

After the last 4C showed Nett Outgoings of around $2.0m for the quarter, surely this CR is either for working capital - or to expand the monitoring facilities / operations due to the increased demand?

As others have noted, not sure why they aren't using the GEM facility that is already set up?

From what I can gather, it is still the same dilution effect to existing shareholders.

The lack of clarity around GMV's funding, and the constant "trying to raise funds announcements" are a bit exhausting - so hopefully we now get a clearer picture of what the "going forward blueprint" for funding is.

On another note, it is good news about Trump spending a heap more $ on Telehealth services / rebates - this will mesh beautifully into GMV's significantly increased monitoring numbers.
