Dont know many shareholders that are happy to be diluted, but ill take 60million over 200million new shares.....

Unfortunately, a necessary raise to ensure company day to day and to fund the US expansion would be my call....3mio not enough for an acquisition IMO

not sure why they arent tapping GEM - but might be keeping those cards close to their chests.....or for a potential acquisition down the track / or for when (if) the chinese business starts......

So assuming they are raising 60mio shares----SOI now 774million.....and a NASDAQ listing to come.....
