Thanks for the detailed info. Do you know when the new ownership team took over? That article was pretty recent and gave me the impression that new ownership was still in the future. Also, do you have confirmation that they have chosen not to go ahead with the Prizma? If so, GMV should have made an announcement to confirm that the deal is dead.
