This company has not been able to deliver on announcements and have hit the printing press to now have 800M SOI.
The dialogue in the announcement regarding the CR will be an interesting read.
If the instos wanted in , make them pay a premium to the CP , that would make the market sit up and notice , not a 20% discount.
