It's a great outcome if you think it is the best possible outcome. If you think that a better deal may have been achieved with a different approach to building the mine then it isn't so great.
The best outcome in my opinion would have been Tony's team building the mine with a KLL finance package (without the KLL blowout).

PS I doubt they can do anything beyond test the bores without approvals
