Hi Sevo,

They are testing flow rates but as the announcements and pictures show they are also accumulating saline in the ponds with salts being precipitated in their ponds as they go. I think firstly ppl were saying they wont get finance without epa , now they got finance some are keeping silent on that point but then still harping on the epa. It is what it is i guess. why would they not get an epa though? whats standing in their way? i think the answer is right there. KLL is a dead end , if everything is going quite so well why have they lost the guy driving it? management matters and Tony is a good manager who does what he says and doesnt overextend himself.
