    there was an
    AFR artcile which advised that GNX was raising capital via institutional placement, followed by share purchase plan for eligble holders.

    Institutional / sophisticated investors only in the first offer... there was a link provided by@jezyh earlier on in this thread... but it was oversubscribed in 48 minutes...
