"not economical"... please refer to the BFSU which demonstrated a A$1B post-tax NPV8%

"no infrastructure"... please refer to the BFSU and the highway to the port of Derby (only a short haul road build required).

"wages to fat"... not even sure what you mean bu this? If you mean that the wages bill is too high because there are more employees than the usual junior explorer, that is because they are trying to fund development which requires a lot more specialist staff than just drilling a few holes into uneconomic sands with no development in sight.

"resource is poor to be kind"... TB has the highest margins of a major scale min sand deposit globally. Costs are high being in WA and some distance form coast, power etc so fortunately it gardes 11% THM with very high value assemblage.
