CR and offtake agreement. Disappointing but at lest the insiders are getting a two edged sword. Good news of offtake but discounted CR no doubt. Similar to the June 19 Taurus loan bait and switch... tell the market you have enough funds to move forward with a deal so don't need a CR then go for a CR. At least this time they locked in the CR with release of the news, in june 19 they let insiders sell the BFSU heavily then went into a CR much lower. Dad's Army may be slow learners but at least they're learning...
