In my view, at the ends of the spectrum are ‘no deal’ in which case the share price could plummet as the company is fairly short on cash, or a ‘significant deal’ that is viewed by the market as making the company. Just guessing obviously, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see the price around 4c or 40c at each end of the spectrum. There is a lot of space in between these two scenarios. I am betting on a deal, but I would be surprised more so if it was a blockbuster (I’ve not been that lucky yet with my bets on speccy biotechs). My guess is that, in the event of a reasonable deal, the share price would probably end up between 12-18c.
