I think there’s definitely a deal - if there was no deal I would think that there is no need for trading halt, just simply announce it to market.
Like you said, depends on scale. Wouldn’t be surprised if this goes into temporary suspension - extension of MoU was to the end of August to finalise negotiations. Is four days (two business days) enough to finalise negotiations for a commercial agreement? Nonetheless, exciting times ahead!
