Just a rumour going around the traps but could be a cobalt/nickel play that converts battery MMD into nuggets of these metals for direct refining through a pyrometallurgical process being supported by South Korean concerns and ear-marked for a Western Melbourne suburb. Be sensible to extract these metals domestically and do away with the export of MMD just for other economies to benefit. Could be totally wrong but sounds great.
