I think it will be a vanilla raise for fundies, anything strategic wouldn't really require a halt.
But it's still a huge endorsement, one thing that was holding this stock back is insto participation.
A lot of instos wouldn't take a second look because of its past, now getting some new respected names on the register will get another round of fundies taking a look. Then you start getting some big money coming in. VMT really needs this.
