IVR has really kicked on after its cap raise (helped in large part by continued strength in silver prices - both spot and futures) so I don’t think us retail shareholders have much to worry about (I’m assuming it’s a placement and we won’t get a look in but could be wrong).
Pricing will be based on recent VWAP. I haven’t looked at it closely as this is only a small holding for me but I expect a relatively small discount (say 10-15%) given the moves in silver since the TH was announced.
