Agree, however the following are all payments agreed to under existing terms and and a new financier would need to pick up the tab on them as they are done deals.
- Waiver Fee $1.6m USD
-This August Interest payment $12M ish USD
- Oct 15th Refinance Fee $8m ish USD
Nearly $22m USD to add to the debt. Add in the fact they have next to no working capital, at just over a weeks operational costs.
