Your kidding right? You could have bought at or under the raise price a week ago! Raising to 708s is fast and clean, and obviously there raising funds quickly to move on. They are hedging their bets while the goings good, who knows if gold pulls back heavy next week WWI could have easily followed. It also raises awareness of the company, Far East have a large following for example. Warwick Grigor is a guru in this space.
